From December 2024, all emails and reports sent from the UOHS team will be generated and sent directly from within the new Occupational Health system (Cority). As a result, there will be a few changes you should be aware of:
- All UOHS correspondence will now be sent from the email address enquiries@uohs.ox.ac.uk. Please ensure that this email address is added to your safe senders list to avoid any important communications being marked as spam
- Management referral reports and health assessment certificates will be password protected to ensure the confidentiality of the information. The password for these documents will be automatically generated by the system. You will receive two separate emails: one containing the report or certificate, and another containing the password required to access it. The second email will likely state 'Here is the password to unlock your email from Cority. Please do not reply to this email.'
- Clients who are part of surveillance or screening programmes will now be issued with a Health Assessment Outcome certificate. This is in accordance with the Health Surveillance laws set out by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), which mandate that employers must maintain a health record for all workers under health or medical surveillance
